Signal Hill--It's easy to forget about Signal Hill because it is surrounded by Long Beach but it is completely different! The area has newer homes and condos, and sweeping ocean & mountain,
views.

The South Bay Area--The South Bay is an area made up of a number of small communities that stretch from the sand to the city! The area has excellent access to downtown Los Angeles, LAX and Santa Monica.

Huntington Beach--Is world famous for its surf but it is so much more! It is actually a fairly large city that offers everything from magnificent oceanview homes to quiet suburban enclaves.
